RESERVATION POLICY

We thank you for visiting our web site. It is our wish and job to make your visit to Idaho the very best and exciting ever. Below you will find our Booking Policy for reservation outings and cancellations.

The policy for booked trips is a 50% deposit on all overnight and multiday trips. Due at the time of the reservation for the booked trip, to be secured by credit card number or to be paid within 7 days from the date of the reservation unless special arrangements are made. We prefer money orders or cashiers checks. On reserved Overnight and Multiday 
trips. The deposit is nonrefundable. Deposits may be applied toward trips at a later date. They must be used no later and not to exceed 1 year. If a cancellation is necessary the balance will be refunded up to 44 days before the trip starting date. If a notice of cancellation is received 45 days or less before trips starting date no refund can be made. No animals will be sent out without a guide and packer. There is a 150 pound load limit on all packed animals. Call for open dates if you will be in the Lake Pend Oreille 45 days or less. Hourly and All-Day rides are done every day. 208-266-1216
